Wim Hoff Breathing
Why?
Known benefits of the Wim Hof Method include faster recovery from physical exertion, stress reduction, and Better sleep.
How?
- Take 30 quick, deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
- Take a deep breath and exhale; hold until you need to breathe in.
- Inhale again, as deep as you can, and hold it for 10 seconds.
Repeat 3 times. The total time it should take is around 10 minutes.
When?
Right before you surf!
