Wim Hoff Breathing

Why?

Known benefits of the Wim Hof Method include faster recovery from physical exertion, stress reduction, and Better sleep.

How?

  1. Take 30 quick, deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
  2. Take a deep breath and exhale; hold until you need to breathe in.
  3. Inhale again, as deep as you can, and hold it for 10 seconds.

Repeat 3 times. The total time it should take is around 10 minutes.

Right before you surf!
