Lentils and butternut squash Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of yellow lentils
- Butternut squash
- Yellow onion, diced
- A few celery stalks
- A few garlic cloves
Spices:
- Paprikah
- Cumin
- Salt
How to make it:
- Chop everything
- In a pot, satee the onion for a few minutes
- Add the spices
- Add the garlic and satee for a few minutes
- Add the cerery and the lentils
- Cover everything with water
- When boil, lower the heat. Total cooking time around 30 minutes
