Lentils and butternut squash Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of yellow lentils
- Butternut squash
- Yellow onion, diced
- A few celery stalks
- A few garlic cloves
Spices: * Paprikah * Cumin * Salt
How to make it: 1. Chop everything 1. In a pot, satee the onion for a few minutes 1. Add the spices 1. Add the garlic and satee for a few minutes 1. Add the cerery and the lentils 1. Cover everything with water 1. When boil, lower the heat. Total cooking time around 30 minutes
